Yield: 8-10 servings

1 packet Hop Barons Steak Seasoning 1/4 cup soy sauce
2 lbs meatballs (premade Beyond Meat meatballs work or check out our recipe for them here) 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups BBQ sauce 2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 cup beef broth (or vegetable broth for a vegetarian option) 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional for garnish)
1/4 cup honey

Prepare Sauce: In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, beef broth, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and the Hop Barons Steak Seasoning packet until well combined.

Add to Slow Cooker: Place the premade Beyond Meat meatballs in the slow cooker. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the meatballs, ensuring they are well coated.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the meatballs are heated through and tender.

Garnish and Serve: Once cooked, garnish with chopped green onions (if using) and serve warm with toothpicks for easy eating.
