Taco Tuesday Tacos

These tacos are sure to be a hit with your family and friends. The Hop Barons Chili & Taco seasoning adds delicious flavor and just the right amount of spice to make these tacos irresistible.


1 lb ground beef or turkey 1 cup diced tomatoes
1 packet of Hop Barons Chili & Taco seasoning 1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup water 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar; Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend)
8-10 taco shells or tortillas Optional toppings: sour cream; guacamole, salsa, chopped cilantro, lime wedges
1 cup shredded lettuce



In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until it's browned and cooked through. Break it apart with a spatula as it cooks to ensure it's crumbled evenly.

Once the meat is cooked, drain any excess grease from the skillet.

Return the skillet to the heat and add the packet of Hop Barons Chili & Taco seasoning along with 1/2 cup of water. Stir well to combine the seasoning with the meat. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the meat.

While the meat is simmering, prepare your taco shells or tortillas according to the package instructions.

Once the meat mixture is ready, assemble your tacos. Spoon some of the seasoned meat into each taco shell or tortilla.

Top the tacos with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and shredded cheese. Feel free to add any other toppings you like such as sour cream, guacamole, salsa, chopped cilantro, or a squeeze of lime juice.

Serve the tacos immediately and enjoy!
