Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef 1 packet Hop Barons Steak Seasoning
1 onion, diced 1 tsp salt
2 garlic cloves; minced 1/2 tsp black pepper
2 eggs 1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup breadcrumbs 2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup milk 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, Hop Barons Coffee Rub, salt, and black pepper.

2. Mix everything together until well combined.

3. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan, and press it down to make sure it's evenly distributed.
