1 1/2 lbs ground chicken 2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp sesame oil
1 1/2 oz Hop Barons Chicken & Veggie Seasoning packet 1 tsp ginger grated
1 onion, finely diced 1/4 cup green onions; sliced
3 cloves garlic; minced 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
1/4 cup soy sauce 1 head of iceberg or butter lettuce; leaves separated
2 tbsp hoisin sauce


1. Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened. Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through.
