Smokey Chicken Salad

|4 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast||1 pouch Hop Barons Chicken & Veggie Seasoning|
|1 cup mayonnaise||1/2 cup chopped red onion|
|4 tbsp. dijon mustard||1/2 cup chopped celery|
|2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar||Salt and pepper; to taste|
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and Hop Barons Chicken & Veggie Seasoning until smooth.
2. Add the cooked and shredded chicken, chopped red onion, and chopped celery to the bowl and mix until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
