Ingredients

4-5 lbs pork shoulder or pork butt; trimmed of excess fat 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 packet Hop Barons Pork Seasoning 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 large onion thinly sliced Salt and pepper; to taste
4 cloves garlic; minced 8 hamburger buns or your favorite sandwich rolls
1 cup chicken broth Coleslaw for serving (optional)

Preparation
