6 large eggs 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound ground pork sausage 1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup Hop Barons Fish Fry Vegetable oil for frying
1/2 teaspoon salt


1. Place 6 eggs in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool in cold water for a few minutes.

2. Peel the eggs and set them aside.

3. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork sausage, Hop Barons Fish Fry, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

4. Divide the sausage mixture into 6 equal portions.

5. Take one portion of the sausage mixture and flatten it out in your hand. Place one boiled egg in the center and wrap the sausage mixture around the egg, making sure it is completely covered.

6. Repeat with the remaining eggs and sausage mixture.

7. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F.

8. Carefully place the wrapped eggs into the hot oil and fry for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until the outside is golden brown and crispy.
