The classic 'wiz wit' on Hawaiian Rolls with roasted peppers fresh from the garden! When you aren't nearPat's King of Steaks this is a nice second best.

Ingredients
1lb sirloin filet
-
Hop Barons Bad A** BBQ Rub
1 sweet onion, sliced
2 red bell peppers, sliced
Cheese Whiz (or provolone if one of those people)
9 hawaiian rolls
4T olive oil
Directions
Thinly slice sirloin steak and add to bag. Add generous amount of Hop Barons Bad A** BBQ Rub and mix thoroughly. Set aside.
Heat 2T olive oil in pan. When hot, add onions and peppers.
Cook onions and peppers, stirring occasionally until they become soft and start to turn brown. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining olive oil to pan and heat. Add all sirloin and using a wooden spoon, stir to cook all sides. Cook until brown, but not burnt. Remove from heat.
Slice hawaiian rolls and toast on pan until slightly brown. Remove.
Add sirloin and evenly distribute across rolls. Top with onions and peppers.
Heat cheese wiz, according to instructions and top the onions. be generous, this is not a dainty sandwich!
Top with rolls, slice and serve warm! Enjoy
