Sliders Three Ways
Sliders aren't just for parties anymore. These 3 sliders are simple, flavorful and bad a** with the addition of Hop Barons seasonings. Eggplant, SPAM and hot chicken these sliders have something everyone will love!
Slice eggplant into 1/2" slices
Add 1 cup dry Hop Barons Fish Fry onto a plate. Add eggplant and coat both sides.
Heat canola oil in a cast iron pan. When hot, add eggplant and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until brown. Remove eggplant and drain on paper towel.
Add 2 slices of eggplant to brioche bun. Top with a spoonful of hummus and butter lettuce. Enjoy!
Remove SPAM from can and slice into 1/2" slices. Coat with Hop Barons Bad A** BBQ Rub.
Slice sweet onion into 1/4" slices. Separate onions into rings and add to bowl with dry Hop Barons Fish Fry.
Heat oil in a cast iron pan. Add onions and cook until soft and browned, about 5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towel.
In hot pan, add SPAM and cook on both sides until brown (about 2-3 minutes per side).
Add 2 slices of SPAM to brioche bun. Add onions and top with favorite BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
Heat 1" of canola oil in a cast iron pan.
Add 1 cup Hop Barons Fish Fry with 1 cup of your favorite beer. Mix until batter is smooth. Add chicken though.
When oil is hot, add chicken to pan and cook 5 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towel.
Take 1/4 cup of hot oil and mix well with 2T honey and 2T Hop Barons Spicy Bad A** BBQ Rub.
Add chicken to brioche bun. Brush on hot oil mixture and top with pepper jack cheese. Enjoy!
