Coupled with 3 cheeses, Hop Barons Spicy Bad A** BBQ Rub gives this dish the perfect punch.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese
- 4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 T Hop Barons Spicy Bad A** BBQ Rub
- 1 cup mayo
- 4 T chopped pimento
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a bowl
- Mix with a hand mixer until well combined
- Chill for 30 minutes
Serve on 2 slices of your favorite bread as a sandwich or enjoy with celery, crackers, carrots or your favorite dipper!
