Beer. Pickled. Eggs. Need a snack while drinking a beer? Why not more beer soaked eggs? While this recipe calls for IPA/pale ale & Stout, have fun with it, try out your favorite beer. Looking for something more than just pickled eggs, make our Bad A** Deviled Eggs.

Ingredients
6 hardboiled eggs (peeled)
12 oz favorite IPA/Pale Ale
1/2 sweet onion sliced thin

3T Hop Barons Spicy Bad A** BBQ Rub
1 cup rice wine vinegar
1T sugar
6 hardboiled eggs (peeled)
12 oz favorite stout (coffee stout is fantastic)

3T Hop Barons Coffee Rub
1 cup rice wine vinegar
1T sugar
IPA/Pale Ale Pickled Eggs

Directions
IPA/Pale Ale Pickled Eggs
Combine beer, Hop Barons Spicy Bad A** BBQ Rub, vinegar and sugar in a pot.
Bring to a slow boil for 1 minute. Turn off and add onions.
Let cool to room temperature.
Add eggs to a mason jar with lid. Add onions and beer mixture. Seal and shake gently.
Add to fridge and chill for at least 12 hours. Enjoy!
Coffee Stout Ale Pickled Eggs
Combine all ingredients (except eggs) in a pot and bring to a boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Add eggs to a mason jar with lid. Add beer mixture. Seal and shake gently.
Add to fridge and chill for at least 12 hours. Enjoy!
